Every single day I wake up feeling inspired and my mind is running a million miles a minute. I've learned that if you don't want to get overwhelmed with all of the day to day task you should take a moment to breath and clear your mind before you begin anything. Meditation is a practice and shouldn't be approached as something to perfect but something to work at every single day. Even if you can only get some quiet time or a clear mind for a couple of minutes it will benefit you greatly! Just breath, remember this is a self love practice, and dedicate a little time to this practice daily and watch the small miracles happen in your life!
